Notes:
a) All rentals include electricity, cleaning of Villa between lets and weekly linen change. A welcome pack is provided upon arrival.
b) All bookings commence and end on a Saturday.
c) Arrival is after 4:30pm and the Villa must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
d) No booking is confirmed until a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per week has been received. A deposit of £150.00 is also required which will be returned if no breakages/damages are made. Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
e) We will be happy to discuss a discount for longer rentals.
